About Me

Hello, I am Akshay.
Believe it or not, my path into fitness wasn't a linear success. I’ve lived the cycle of starting, stalling, and questioning the "right" way to move.My starting point was a lean frame, limited strength, and no real understanding of how to change either. What I had was time, and a willingness to figure it out properly. Over time, I realized training was the first discipline in my life that rewarded precision over effort.Over a decade, I worked with people across a wide range, from executives managing 60-hour weeks, athletes rebuilding after injury, and individuals who had started over so many times they'd stopped trusting the process entirely. The biggest misunderstanding wasn't how people trained; it was how Fitness was defined.The idea of Fitness had been reduced to achieving a number on a scale, a BMI score, or appearance standards, though it's only a fraction of the outcome expected. Fitness has slways been broader than that, and today we have evidence-based markers that help us measure human performance more comprehensively. That's the gap FitFable was built to close.I want people to enjoy training, understand what they’re doing, and build something they can sustain. Not just short-term results, but a way of training that stays with them over time.
